You will be joining support team which collaborate with company centers regional countries, with both support and control functions, and reporting information to the headquarter.

Responsibilities
As part of our International Support Team, you will be able to clearly articulate project status, resolve issues and prioritize work especially in periods of highest flux.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Coordination with Production Support teams to manage implementations
• Directly leading, developing, motivating, coaching, managing and organizing teams of Supervisor and Customer Service Advisors and will be responsible for ensuring the changes are implemented correctly.
• Determine through extensive communication with parties best solution for problems
• Write technical specification for development work to be done, and be prepared to provide details on any project as requested
• Keeping customers information confidential
Qualifications
• University graduate
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent or native English a must; other languages a plus
• Must be able to quickly assimilate technical knowledge
• Manage multiple projects at once
• Self-motivated, patient and professional
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
Start date: Immediately.
Has a double nationality is a plus.
